"cleanliness is okay. parking is adequate and safe. just a little sad, my room is booking for 3 people. there are 3 beds. but towels only get two. for extra towels increment rm6\. a little sad. because of other hotels when booking. no extra charge, I paid for 3 people. 3 beds. there should be 3 towels. for the convenience of tourists. But the breakfast is totally valuable, paid for three and get three ticket for brekfast. Food was nice and delicious."

The resort offers and train/boat ride through the property, which is beautiful and loads of fun. The waterpark has a couple of fun slides. "My email enquiries were always promptly replied prior to my arrival. The check-in service at the club lounge was courteous, but I had to wait about 1.5 hours for the housekeeper to clear the booked club room. The room was very clean, and had a clear and direct view of Petronas Twin Towers and the KLCC Park. I like the buggy ride provided between the hotel and Suria KLCC, it saved me a lot of time. Checking out was very smooth, and the doorman kept a lookout for my e-hailing car. The stay made my New Year very special."
