« The staff was helpful as we checked in and after we'd checked out and discovered we'd left my cane in the room. The young man at the desk made it possible for us to retrieve it and be on our way without spending a lot of time. Everything we needed for breakfast was available with someone there to help if we needed something.It appeared that the interior had recently been refurbished and looked very nice and contemporary. »

« Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was well stocked. I love the refillable supplies instead of sample size throw away ones. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wide verify of foods to choose from. We had a U-Haul trailer and the over flow parking area was helpful for that. »

« As soon as you walk in, there is an old dingy odor. When we got in the room the furniture was stained and or damaged. There was no remote control in the room. When I called down to the front desk, toe very helpful and friendly young lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and brought up a remote control within minutes. We were third and went right to sleep. When we woke up, I was brushing my teeth and there was a huge bug in the drain of the sink, causing me to get sick. We immediately left...

« Rooms were GREAT, the staff was GREAT, breakfast was GREAT. Pool was under renovation so can not speak to that. ONLY negative thing I have to say is the TV guide - impossible to use, they offer lots of channels but good luck on actually finding something to watch via the guide - ended up endlessly scrolling channel by channel to see what was on. »
