« The room was super comfortable and roomy. The soaking tub in the bathroom was amazing because you could have it hot all the time. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. You should note that some of the rooms are not close to the soaking pools or the restaurant. You have to go through a locked door to the street, walk for 5 minutes, enter another building for the soaking pool and restaurant. This place has one small pool for soaking so if you're looking for an onsen experience it...

« Apparently the hotel had suffered flooding as a result of some extremely adverse weather but I would never have known if I hadn't spotted a sign as we were leaving. We wanted to spend some time in Narai-juku and found this hotel as a stay over before returning to Osaka the next day.
