« This is my go to place in my periodic visits to the Oscoda Area. The hosts are so friendly and accommodating making sure you enjoy your stay. The house rules are reasonable so that all the guests can enjoy their stay. I always pick cabin 10, because of the deck right near the waterline. The cabin is well furnished with everything you may need. Looking forward to my next stay. BTW, our stay was nice and quiet due to the time of year with very few other vacationers »

« The cottage was well stocked with basic items and then some. The coffee bar had a variety to choose from. The beds were all comfortable and the living space was perfectly sized. My girls loved hanging out in the loft. The location makes you feel like you are secluded but town is just a short drive away. Everything was smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this cottage for a stay in Tawas. »

« Wonderful stay at this lake house! The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room are equipped with all you need. The fireplace and fire pit were put to great use. Down the ladder we went into Lake Huron. Nearby Tawas City has good shopping, biking and hiking near the Lighthouse. The hosts were very responsive when contacted and it is clear that they take great care of and pride in their home. »

« We liked that it was practical and felt like a home away from home. Some cabins feel like they’re trying to be hotels and that’s fine, but this felt more like a quiet, simplified home. The layout was practical and there were places to hang towels. It made good use of the available space. It’s located away from the busy street and between Tawas and Oscoda, making for a shorter drive to both places. Our only downside was the beds were small (they are listed as double — so I just thought in my head...

« If you are looking for a house on the beach, this house is it! Lake Huron is literally in the backyard. Stunning views from the large windows in very spacious living room and dining area. After spending the day at the beach we spent our evenings on the back patio and bonfire area taking in the views of the lake. Both matresses on the on pull out couch and bedroom were really comfy. « Wonderful hidden gem. It has plenty of space, super clean, great internet, beach is large, no rocks, and raked each week. It's thoughtfully decorated and provisioned with everything you need to get started on your vacay. Owners are readily available for communication and care about your experience. Highly recommend this rental and look forward to staying here again. »
