The home was very accommodating, but the AC could not keep up with the outside heat, especially the upstairs. The pontoon boat was not clean, so we did not use. Note to owner: provide a list of how to and where to instructions to renters (how to turn on TV and stereo system, fans, where to go for supplies and activities, etc.) around the area. One last thing, the tub/ shower was very slippery! One of our guests slipped and fell in the shower and hurt his leg, it could have been worst.
