« Helpful staff, clean room, good mattress, convenient location, good breakfast. Only negative was small pillows for a king size bed, which retained the sweat odor of previous guests. Asked for change to fresh which were provided but were the same. »

« The toilet had diarrhea all over the seat and in the toilet bowl when we checked in. The coffee maker was absolutely disgusting. It was covered in a thick layer of grime and dust. Baseboards of the room were covered in dirt/dust. No hot water in the shower. I’m not sure how this place is getting 5 star ratings. It has the potential to be a nice place, but it definitely not there yet as far as cleanliness. »

« Very misleading to list as a bed and breakfast because the rooms are a motel behind the beautiful old house with the restaurant. The room was tidy with cute furnishings but not sanitary. Toilet and sink were dirty, sheets were not clean. Cute coffee bar in room but counter top was not wiped clean. Owner took days to reply but seemed nice. There are obviously some long term tenants in some of the rooms that lurked around and watched our every move. Did not feel safe staying there and wasn’t about...

« The property was just as pictured. When we finally got the right code for the key we were set to start our stay. The road was a fun experience to drive each time and unique as far as any I have driven. It was quite except for the rip black walnuts falling from the trees, but was enjoyable for a first time experience. We did not get to use the yard as much as I would have liked but it was set up for a small fire and outdoor fun with some relaxing features. The fence was nice and made it even...
