This time we had a issue checking in the room, we were told that there was only one person cleaning the entire hotel so we had to wait. Then just to get a simple receipt the gentleman said he doesn't give any only Expedia does. Which that would be the case if we paid Expedia but we paid the hotel we only booked on...

« The shampoo and conditioner bottles mounted in the shower were empty! The thermostat was it working in our room! There were homeless people hanging out at the side entrance we used to get to our room! I will not stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone! »

« Billing was incorrect and has not been corrected as of July 5. Expedia charge was for a total of room plus fees/taxes, and Parkwood charged fees/taxes on top of that Expedia total. »

« Easy to get to. Staff was just fine. I had no need outside of check in. The gentleman who checked me in was a little snobby. Didn’t use any of the amenities so I can’t comment on those. Room was clean. The desk in the room looked like it was about to collapse. Dated and needs some repairs. Parking is almost all paid. $10 a night covered or open air. Sucks but is what it is. It’s not gated so kids do hot rod around in it. Breakfast is NOT included. $17 buffet. Can’t imagine a...

« The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean too they just need to wipe walls as they were dirty and there were buggers on the wall. The breakfast was okay they had sausage, biscuits and other items. Overall I would stay here again. »

« The property was undergoing renovations, but still managed to be clean. Al of the amenities were still accessible. Our double queen room was very spacious. Overall it was a pleasant experience that made our weekend trip much more delightful. »

« For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh. »

« The staff (night clerk) was very cordial and well mannered. He even dug out a charging cord for my old flip phone that I had unintentionally left at home and also computed a map to a friend's address in Manhattan so I could find his home. »
