"Donna communicated with us before our trip to provide information about arrival and to offer transportation assistance from the airport. Once we were there she offered to arrange tours, suggest dining places and made reservations for us. She did everything she could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. We love that they have a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, spa, water dispensers, outdoor tables for gathering/reading/dining & ice available upon requests.
