« Not enough parking. No elevator to 2nd floor Carpet in room seemed old, maybe not too clean. »

« The room was clean and shower pressure was great. Lots of space and a nice porch with chairs. The bed unfortunately was terrible; it was lumpy and so uncomfortable. The right side of the bed sunk in and there was evidence of a support beam under the bed to “help” support it. For the price I paid I expected a better mattress at least. Staff was nice. I didn’t report this issue during the stay since we were staying one night. »

« This place was fine. Check in took a while and my TV didn’t work. I was on the first floor and my room was clean and comfortable. However, it was really bright with the hall lights and outside lights. I woke up multiple times thinking it was morning because it was so bright. »

« This property was adorable and clean! It was easy to find, and Kasey communicated with me when needed in a prompt manner. It was a good location for visiting NRGNP! The theme of the loft is so fun, and the room for recording your stay on the wall was unique and enjoyable to read. The stairs leading up to the loft are a little unsteady, and it would be lovely to have a few spices for cooking. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay and felt safe and comfortable! »
