« Hotel staff was decent, bed was comfy. Had to switch rooms at 2am due to finding a cockroach, just to be switched to a less valuable room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a naked dude sleeping in bed. Got switched again to a room that didn’t have a fridge/freezer for my cold stuff, finally got upgraded to a jacuzzi room but tv did not work. Breakfast is a loaf of bread, cheap bagels and a toaster. Would not recommend this hotel. »

« Excellent / effortless check in. Engaged and personable staff. Our room was just what we had hoped although if i had any gripes it was: 1) water pressure in the shower was quite extreme 2) no fan in bathroom so extremely steamy and 3) no continental breakfast or options (limited to cafe) was a bit of a blow BUT these were overall minute complaints for our overnight stay. »

« Started out with a ten minute wait to check in. There was no parking in the front. Traveling as a solo lady had to park in the back wich was dark and there was not a near door. The closest door had me carrying my luggage up stairs. Im a 60 year old lady. The place was not your usual nice homey country Inn and suites it was showing it's ware. The toilet struggled to flush. The carpetting stained and dirty. The shower was handicapped with a shower seat that had obviously not been cleaned. No shelf...

« This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building. « Hôtel récent proche de toutes les commodités. (Navette aéroport gratuité) Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Mais sur un séjour de 5 nuits le ménage a été oublié deux fois, et une troisième fois les serviettes ont été changées mais les lits pas fait. Hôtel familial donc très bruyant Le petit déjeuner est correct. Nous ne retournerons pas dans cet hôtel »

« We stayed there for a few days. Our first room had a broken bed, but we were relocated immediately to a new room. The breakfast was food, the room was very clean. The pillows were flatter than flat, but they worked. Seems like the walls in the bathroom might need some scrubbing and the shower bottoms must not have any support underneath because there’s a lot of creaking noises when you step in and move around. The dining space is really nice and a good variety of food. I have celiac disease...

« Une cuisinette sans aucun ustensiles ou assiette . Rien !! Pourquoi louer avec cuisinette s'il n'y a rien pour s'en servir . "Déjeuner" médiocre. Pain , gaufres décongelées et bagel . Rien d'autre , même pas de lait ou crème pour le café. Sérieusement c'est absurde »

« the tub was filthy and it was leaking constantly. The breakfast pictures depicted berry smoothies we where bummed when the wasn't any. But otherwise everything was fantastic »

« The entrance hall was very dirty and some weird people were coming in and out. I had to wait for the longest time at the front desk as nobody was there. They offered to put me in another of their hotel. It seemed a bit more safer. Nevertheless someone had stolen the morning coffee...and the pot smell on my floor was horrible.....weird environment. I'll never go there again. »

« My room was dirty. The carpet had stains, there was mold, the sheets had stains and holes. I didn’t use the jacuzzi the room came with because there were dirty streaks in it. Half the lights in the room didn’t work. The towels had stains on them. The cabinets had broken doors. »
