URINE-stained pull-out bedding, SOILED mattresses, MOLD in the kitchen and bathroom, fruit flies, spiders, cobwebs, dirty dishes and floors, BROKEN bed and flooring, broken refrigerator, nonworking outlets and Wi-Fi, damaged lockbox, broken chair, and a bedroom door handle that literally fell off. "This is actually in a really nice area just a 10min bus ride from the airport. Hotel good for the price paid. Air conditioning in room though did not work. There was a window you could open however you are under the flight path so we couldn't leave the window open for fresh air and sleep. Our flight was early in the morning so we didn't get to try breakfast. They do have a restaurant/bar that does pizza, sandwiches etc, however if you walk a few mins down road there is a selection of other local restaurants, to get to this hotel from airport you can take bus number 512 (there and back). The bus stop is just outside the hotel (Schwaig am Sportplatz)."

"Room - clean, decent sized, great location (esp for Oktoberfest). Air conditioning was inadequate, and shut off on its own every 2-3 hours, even at night. Could not get temp under 23.5C/75F. Front desk was no help. Room also had a note that a flat sheet could be requested from the front desk but NO ONE at the desk knew anything about that. We were given a twin duvet cover instead. Breakfast was overpriced, eggs were cold right as they were put out."

"Beautiful, clean, new facility. Easy check in, front desk very professional and polite. Comfortable bed. Interesting there is no phone in the rooms and no luggage rack for suitcase. Bus ride to airport is 5 minutes away and only 2eu. The bus was packed but no charge because it was full. Breakfast was pricey so we ate at the airport. Definitely will stay here again."

"This is our second year traveling to Munich for Oktoberfest and staying at the Maritim. The staff at the front desk is very nice and friendly. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The breakfast is consistently fresh, plentiful and they offer a nice variety of options. The piano bar is always relaxing and the staff is friendly. My only and single complaint about this hotel is the location. While it is centrally located and within walking distance to the city center, the train station is directly across from this hotel and you will see sketchy characters at all hours of the day and night."
