« Très mauvaise expérience et je souhaiterais une réponse. À notre arrivée il n’y avait plus de place de parking et ni de borne électrique (il me restait que 28km) sachant qu on avait réservé et payé. On nous a proposé un parking à 2km est ce normal ? En plus de ça on a payé un grand lit on se retrouve avec deux petits lits. L’hôtelier me dit on a que des petits lits et c’est la fait de houles.com car nous n’avons pas de grand lit est ce normal ? Que comptez vous faire ? »
