Magnifique hôtel de luxe, extra propre, très récent, moderne, petit-déjeuner absolument délicieux (tamales, soupe, fruits tropicaux etc ) Personnel extrêmement sympathique! Tout près de plusieurs restaurants dans la cour intérieure, à 30 minutes de la Candelaria (quartier historique). Un des meilleurs hôtels où j'ai séjourné!

There was a large Unicentro Shopping Mall behind the hotel, and there were many restaurants around the hotel. Also, the area around the hotel was safe. The room was clean and equipped with all amenities. We stayed in the Jr suite room, but it was useful because there were 2 toilets. The hotel staff, Juliana was very kind and knowledgeable and answered questions and requests immediately. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel, not just Juliana, for having a great time.

Cool spot with very friendly staff. Allowed us a late checkout to accommodate an afternoon flights. I recommend this location as it’s walking distance to the main attractions

It was a great room and convenient location, but the noise of other guests in the hallway was a lot. We stayed Saturday through Tuesday and the noise was an issue each night.

Great place to stay. Staff was very nice and helpful, and kind considering that we didn't speak any Spanish. LOVE that Crepes & Waffles restaurant and Juan Valdez coffee shop was so close.

Per previous rating; customer service was excellent; the staff met my various request promptly; the service transportation that was used and the personnel they used was professional and excelled my expectations at all time, as well as the hotel .
