« Séjour de 3 nuits à Guatapé ; hôtel fantastique d'une propreté irréprochable avec chambre vue sur le rocher. L'extérieur, salle de restaurant, bar etc .... très bien entretenu ; petit déjeuner excellent. Nous avons même diner, carte simple mais tellement bien préparé. Et le personnel, d'une gentillesse et à notre service. Vraiment MERCI. Pas prêt d'oublié ce séjour .... »

« La habitación no estaba para nada buena, las cortinas no funcionaban y teníamos mucha luz en los ojos, el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó, y echaba agua todo el tiempo que mojaba la cama, y era imposible dormir. el agua del Jacuzzi estaba sucia, habían muchos mosquitos en la habitación y hormigas. No recomiendo este hotel para vacaciones. »
