"The hotel is centrally located. The staff go above and beyond to take care of you. I had to use the ATM one evening and one of the staff members (darn, I forget his name but he’s an evening bell hop) walked me to the nearest ATM. When that one wasn’t working, he took me to another. Additionally, the rooftop pool is a must. Great vibes and awesome drinks from Santiago. Ask for him next time you’re at the Charlee rooftop. I’ll stay here again next time I’m in town. "

"The apartment was absolutely amazing. The outdoor spaces were stunning with the most gorgeous and prolific plants everywhere. The pool is a soaking pool not a swimming pool but was perfect. We enjoyed cooling off every afternoon in the pool with views of the city and the water and an amazing warm breeze. Location could not have been better. It is close to all the downtown attractions, shops and dining. Parking is easy and safe. The whole building is very safe and secure. The bed is comfy...

"Location was amazing. However, they need to pay more attention to the cleaning. I was very disappointed to see that they didn’t changed the sheets of my bed. They were full of hairs and weren’t only head hairs also body hairs. The site don’t have reception so it was not possible to communicate with somebody to come and change the sheets. Those kind of details are the ones that they should take care more."

"The hotel was in a great location. Very close to all the main walled city monents. The room was pretty descent as we had the duplex. The bad...i tried booking the hotel shuttle from the airport..i called and emailed several.times....no anwser..i sent a message in instagram...i got a generic reply...with no anwsers back once again....proba ly. Etywr anyway we took a cap 5 people with luggage for 10 us....also by the upstairs pool there is a bar....prices are very high....ice cream for kids was 40...
