La habitación estuvo muy limpia y espaciosa con excelente vista al mar. Muy buen café y buena selección de bebidas en el refrigerador. La atención, cortesía y gentileza del personal que nos atendió fue muy apreciada e hizo que nuestra estancia en el hotel fuera muy agradable y placentera. We found the food excellent. We took full advantage of the free room service and found it great. The only issue we had was with our transportation reservation with a mini van given we were a group of 6. Both times the reservation was lost but the concierge and ground people at the airport were excellent to correct the issue. From the outside looking in it appears they need a better reservation system that contacts the mini van company a head of time. Back to positive the service at the pool...

I loved this hotel! The grounds and pool areas are beautiful. The rooms are enormous. The buffet meals and drinks were excellent. The shuttle bus to the historic city centre was efficient and convenient. The hotel was great value. Don’t believe the negative reviews about this site. They are people who are never satisfied and should stay home instead of travelling. I would definitely return.

-Easy access to the beach, 5min walking distance. -Staff is lovely, very helpful and nice! -Pool area is very big -Food is nice but options might be limited for some Nice place for a small getaway!

Hotel Cartagena Plaza was one of the fewest all inclusive hotels in the city of Cartagena. And I gotta say it didn’t disappoint. Food, hospitality and overall service was exceptional.

When in San Andres I have stayed at the Marazul 6 times over the past 4 years and fine it the best on the island

Great hotel with excellent staff, very friendly most of them bilingual. Perfect location, close to the beach shopping and nightclubs. You'll have a great time in San Andres it is probably one of the most beautiful places in Colombia. Good selection of food and cocktails. The pool is huge and they have staff specialized in pool games/recreation in general.

The new tower is very clean, comfortable and the views of the ocean are magnificent.
