« Pros:Overall for the price it’s a nice spot. I love the location in Curridabat. Great restaurants, shopping is close and the Multi Plaza is very walkable. Security and workers are very friendly. Others that stay or live there are also friendly. The views are spectacles and face toward Heredia and the volcano. The listing said there were two beds, but the sofa bed as unusable due to the fact that the mattress was unhygienic and there was no mattress cover. Furthermore, there was an inflatable mattress in the closet, but it deflated within two hours and my son had to sleep the rest of the night on a very small uncomfortable sofa. »

I was too tired to argue, so I paid again at hotel (though I shoved him my e-mail confirmation that all was paid for).
