Very clean with two nice pools , my son loved the roof top pool and restaurant , only issues I had was the bay had a lot of jelly fish and the kids revived a couple stings , but the staff was very helpful and treated his stings quickly , definitely recommend this hotel

Shout out to manager Tristian making my stay 10/10. He kept his promise from 4 years ago on my last stay and he went above and beyond. Solaire is my girlfriend's #1 favorite and she wish to always stay here in future now. Thank you again Tristian. I appreciate all you've done to make my trip the BEST!

Room was very clean. Only the safe did not work and the AC dripped a little bit of water. Everything else was very clean and worked well.

As soon as you enter their beautiful decorated lobby, you are met with a warm smile, professionalism and hospitality. My check in was quick and my welcome drink, welcoming. :-) Mike, my concierge, went above and beyond with his service. He gave me the insider tips on the local area and made sure all my needs were met. He even accompanied me downtown and sat by my side to help secure my comfort. Thank you Mike.
