"Checking in was smooth and trouble free. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Even the clientele were a friendly bunch. Room clean. Liked the policy of no cleaning the room daily unless asked. Was sorry there was no microwave and the bathroom had no shelves for personal toiletries "

"We arrived at the hotel, with a tired baby, tired after a long drive, only to find the hotel closed. When they were contacted, they just said: "Sorry, but we can't help you. You will have to find another place to stay. You will have to call Travelocity if you want a refund" Charming"

"Overall the stay went well except that we wanted to relax in a nice outdoor sitting area. The area we were directed to was only accessible by walking through a the indoor pool room which had an extremely strong smell of chlorine. Many of the outdoor tables were tipped upside down and the cushions were on the ground and in poor repair. The area was very small with a very high fence and a locked gate. Therefore we had to leave through the indoor pool room again."
