2/10 Terrible

"The place was gross. The pictures make it look better then it was. Staff were nice but the room had no A/C and it was very very hot. Shower water was either boiling or cold, sink handle just fell off, paint falling off everywhere. The room was overall pretty gross but you get what you pay for."

"The host sends you the door code for access to your room. Because I booked on Orbitz the code didn’t come through until the second day. I had to call the host from the parking lot for the code and it was seamless. If you are arriving at 2 am you might want to plan to call ahead of time. The room itself was huge, high tech, spotless, and had every necessity. Bed was super comfy and there’s plenty of parking. I would stay here again and again."

"We reserved the 3 bedroom house for our family of 4 adults, but when we checked in were informed it was under renovation and was not available. They had reserved the executive king and executive double queen for us at the same price and comped us for the breakfast buffet for both mornings of our two night stay. The rooms were excellent, with a view of the ocean and mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and easy to access."

"We stayed in here twice in two different rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wonderful selection and variety. The coffee was excellent. The room was clean but the building is old and the rooms we stayed in are in need of repairs. Overall, Wyndham properties are aging and are in decline."

"Housekeeping never showed up. Staff super inexperienced and overwhelmed by the massive influx of cruise passengers. Food was extremely salty. I guess if you are a cruise passenger it makes sense. But when traveling on our own I will avoid Princess hotels due to the massive overcrowding by cruisers"

10/10 Excellent

"nice renovated hotel. The bar, coffee/giftshop, fitness center, and hotel rooms give an updated retro feel. All hotel staff seem warm and most will greet you when you pass by. The hotel coffee/giftshop will be your earliest access to coffee in the area should you not want to use the hotel room machine. The area around the hotel is quaint for access to gift shops, fun/cheap bars, some restaraunts, the train depot, bike rentals, and city history. There is a weekend market nearby I didn't go to. Construction, homeless, and many tourists are in this area also if those annoys you. You'll have to hear the train horns going off if your room is facing W 3rd Ave."

4/10 Poor

"Unfortunately, our bathroom was not cleaned. It seemed like they cleaned the room but forgot about the bathroom. Upon entering we saw hair all over the floor and the shower. There was someone’s used towel hanging on the hook. The staff was nice texting us and asking if we needed anything else but once I mentioned that our bathroom is not cleaned, they stopped responding. For the amount paid, a clean room is the least we can ask for."
