The hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff were great. My ONLY issue was the AC in my room 1336 did not cool the room very well. Usually, 70 is nice and comfortable but even when I set it to 68, the room was a little warm. BUT other than that great hotel and I will go back.

This is a beautiful majestic hotel , staff was superb and the interior was overwhelming. Room was fantastic and reminded us of the glorious hotels in Europe of the golden age. Would definitely stay here again.
