The staff were friendly! Breakfast was good for continental style. The community printer didn’t work but the staff helped me print out a shipping label on their printer. The room was clean and was perfect for my week long stay. Trash seemed to be hard to remove from our room on our own. The dumpster was not located in a convenient place but the staff was accommodating and understanding. The tv was a nightmare but that’s because of the brand and not because of the staff. They helped me figure out the “trick” to make sure it worked. Overall I really liked this property and would recommend staying here.

Clean, quiet, convenient… only thing missing was an electric car charging station. Would be really ideal if there were a couple stations available for guest use.

The person checking us in announced our room number out loud with others in the lobby. As a woman who often travels by myself, this is a huge safety hazard. Your room number should never be announced out loud. Staff needs better training.

We always stay here when in town to visit family. Clean, quiet, wonderful friendly staff and the rooms are set up with everything you need. Breakfast is good with plenty of fruit, yogurt and hot items for those who don’t want just cereal or bagels.

This place is not Marriott quality at all. Kind of upset about how much money I spent to stay here. The only good thing I have to mention is the Mountain View. It’s breathtaking. The hotel itself needs some TLC. Housekeeping needs serious retraining. They put dirty dishes back in the cabinets, didn’t clean the tub, someone threw my silk pillowcase on the floor for some reason…I’m a Black/Indigenous woman with a lot of hair so I use that to protect my hair…felt like that was petty and disrespectful for them to do but then again, I’m used to racially charged disrespect in Littleton, hence why I’m moving. The kitchen sink was DISGUSTING! Something extraterrestrial looking bubbled up from the bottom of the sink every time I turned it on to rinse a dish because the disposal was broken and no one bothered to fix nor clean it. The fitness center was dark and nothing worked, like the lights or the tv. Staff member couldn’t figure out how to fix it so I took my pregnant self for a very short walk in over 80 degree weather just to get some exercise and get out of that hotel for a while. I could barely sleep because of a loud domestic dispute next door very late at night on my last night and the very heavy footsteps I heard above me EVERY night for my 13 night stay. And when I went to check out, no one was at the front desk and when a receptionist arrived, she gave me an attitude as if I was bothering her to do her job. So, needless to say, I left feeling disrespected and disappointed.

When we checked in on Wednesday. The room door was cracked open. We walked in and all of the drawers in both rooms, bathroom, living room and all of the cabinet doors in the kitchen were open. See photos below. I went downstairs to talk to the guy working the front desk and he said that the house keeper leaves everything open like that which I find that to be weird. Why would you want customers walking in and seeing the room like that. Also, both TV’s in the room didn’t work. I talked to the front desk guy again. All he did was give me an extra remote and open a work ticket with engineering but it wouldn’t get fixed till after I checked out of my room. I checked out today (Friday) and I got my folio. I had a $800 miscellaneous charge on my card. I called them and the guy on the phone said that the mattress we damaged so they charged my card but realized he charged the wrong room. My whole experience was very awful. I wouldn’t come back here. EVER
