We stay here a couple times per year when traveling. Nothing fancy, but a clean quiet place to sleep for the night. Check in was friendly. Breakfast was great. We will be back.

The checkin was slow. Wifi was not working. Airport shuttle has very limited space and the service was only every hour or every 30 mins. No shuttle when we needed it.

The person at the desk was very friendly and efficient. The room was spotless. The place is a great deal, with two beds and a trundle bed to boot, which rolls out from the couch in the adjoining room (if needed), for a very affordable price. The free breakfast was also better than average as far as these go.

We booked our stay here because it said they offer shuttle service to the airport but when we tried to reserve the shuttle they said it was full, the staff at registration not so welcoming

The property was great with no issues. Only problem was rowdy kids yelling and screaming in the next room from midnight until 130. Called the front desk and they said they would take care of it, but the noise continued at the same volume.

Great hotel. Easy check in. Beds oillows were great. Breakfast typical. Good shuttle. Just be aware that shuttle runs on the half our to 9am then hourly. Not sure about evening.

Traveled with family and kids. Nice rooms. Our shower head was messed up and the rooms need new pillows. They are VERY FLAT. Plus was we had to check in late due to a flight delay. The front desk attendant was so kind.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. My husband left his vehicle for 3 days, taking the hotel shuttle to and from DIA and it was kept safe. Breakfast was amazing. Of note: if you go out nearby to a store or restaurant, be prepared to see people on every corner asking for money. Not sure what's happened over the last year or so. We've stayed off Tower Rd many times flying in and out of DIA. Never seen anything like this - anywhere. Denver needs to step up and do something. Entire families (infants included) out begging and walking up to cars at every traffic light. :(

Perfectly situated for those early morning flights
We liked the set-up of this room: a couch, desk, footstool, bar area by the door which was separated by a short wall from the bed, TV, and dresser, so the light from one person staying up to read a bit didn’t bother the one trying to sleep. Sink outside the bathroom is very helpful when two people are trying to speed out the door early for a 3:30 am free “Western” shuttle to the airport for a 6 am flight. There is also a free shuttle available for those coming in from the airport. Well situtated in terms of proximity to restaurants within safe walking distance (well lit sidewalks), primarily in other hotels in this “airport hotel community.” Very quiet.
