Close to new electric train system

Pros: Clean, friendly, quiet rooms.
Cons: More parking
Location: Central to electric train, bus and good eating places. All within 5 minute walk.
Great location to public transportation. Leave your car and see the area. Pet friendly. Lots of room to walk and many small quality restraunts within walking distance. I will be back. A very pleasant stay.

This was a very nice place close to red rocks and many other things to do and see. Looks aged on the edge of Denver makes it easy to get most places quick. Room was great.

15min drive to downtown denver

Beds comfortable. Bathroom in very poor condition. Elevators were the absolute worst. Had to wait upwards of 10 mins to ride the elevator. Would had stayed closer to downtown for the money I spent for the hotel.

All good except one detail

I'm a light sleeper. The A/C in this place (even with the fan set to stay on) made a surprisingly loud noise every time it switched on and off. Leaving it off was not an option. Loved the pool, though it was FULL of kids the first night.

Comfortable with outstanding service.

Convenient access to get to anywhere. The service was outstanding, particularly our 8th floor guest services provided by Mana, Odilia, and Yolanda. They are wonderful. Ben and Nicole at the front desk were also extremely kind and helpful.

Pros: Location
Cons: Guest bathrooms and in room air conditioning systems need big improvements.
Location: The location is very close to the terminus of the light rail system. Its very easy and inexpensive to get here.
The hotel has been updated but the aging infrastructure is hard to hide. The hotel staff are good but the restaurant staff is slow and of low skill level. Food quality is average at best and relatively expensive. The one redeeming factor is that one can walk to other restaurants.

Not Sheraton Standards

I stayed at this hotel due to the fact that there were no hotels left in Denver. I have stayed at the Sheraton in DFW and have been very pleased. Unfortunately, this was not the case for this hotel. The lobby is very beautiful but that's about it. I was put in a room on the fourth floor. As soon as the doors opened the floor smelled awful. It was as if they had tried to overcompensate the smell by spraying cleaning supplies in the entire floor. My room was a standard room with two queen beds. There is a long hallway inside the room which is useless. The beds were comfortable and it had a decent view. The bathroom reminds me of my dorm bathroom from College. It was tiny, outdated, and very uncomfortable. The shower makes an awful noise, the water temperature is unreliable, and the shower is extremely tiny. I'm petite and just above five foot and had a hard time being able to shower without hitting the wall. Then when I tried to sleep the heater makes noise similar to a broken car. The worst part is that the building is old so it has poor insulation. I turned off the heater at night so I could sleep and the room dropped 20 degrees overnight. All in all, the room was not worth over spending over $200. I would not recommend it. Perhaps all the good reviews came from a floor other than the fourth floor.
