Nice boutique hotel

Posted 30-Apr-2016
Great hotel stayed there multiple times . And will stay again valet parking expensive at $39 a night even when you arrive at 2 am . Really my only complaint and realize it is not much of one . Maybe out of there control. Staff was excellent and the nickel restaurant very good and well run. Maybe a free drink for my b day would of been nice. Great place all around though

Nice!

Pros: Location
Location: Great area downtown!
Our room was small but very nice. They offered transportation within a 2 mile radius of the hotel. We were very happy with the hotel!!

Nice Hotel, downtown Denver and Convention Center

Posted 25-Apr-2016
Pros: Cleanliness, location, helpful staff.
Location: Very close to the convention center, and downtown Denver. Walking distance to the 16th street mall and many fine restaurants.
Nice hotel near downtown Denver and the Convention Center. Convenient location. My only complaint was that I was in room 213, right outside my window was the AC for the entire building. It was loud, and constant. That being said, I did not ask for another room since I planned on spending very little time in my room and the noise turned into white noise after a while. Otherwise a fine establishment that I would visit again. Next time on a floor other than the 2nd.

Nice, but wouldn't stay again.

Posted 25-Apr-2016
Cons: Noise level
Our air went out in our room after the first night. The staff was very nice and moved us to another room. However, the other room was on the front side of the hotel. It felt like we were in a night club until about 2:30 am. The street noise was horrible!!!! The staff was extremely nice, but would not stay there again due to the noise.

Came in very sick with a migraine. Hotel staff ran to 7-11 for me to get soda crackers and water. Literally saved my life!!! They couldn't have been more helpful more helpful or compassionate. Hotel tub and shower were the best ever.

Pleasant experience, great location

Posted 13-Apr-2016
Pros: Location, location, location
Cons: Good experience - but not really a 4.5 star hotel in my mind given other properties which are considered 4 star in the vicinity. Perfectly pleasant.
Agreeable and cheery front-door and check-in staff. Room was small, but adequate. Two bathrobes in the closet, always a nice touch. Separate shower and bath - but shower wasn't working very well. Keurig coffee pot with 4 pods. Bottled water was marked as an additional $3.

Lovely small hotel in Downtown Denver

Posted 12-Apr-2016
Pros: Service, staff, room décor and design. Perfect location for downtown activities and restaurants. Performing Arts Center and great museums nearby
Cons: A light over the desk work area, and electric plug for coffee maker on the desk (the bathroom is the only other place for I).
Location: Perfect location for downtown activities and restaurants. Performing Arts Center next door, and great museums within a 15 minute walk.
I have stayed at Teatro many times and always have the same high level of satisfaction with the room, hotel staff, and welcoming feeling. I love having the corner King rooms as they are a bit larger with a lot of outdoor light. The library/den area in the lobby is a great place to read, drink, or get a bite to eat. If you like smaller, boutique hotels, the Teatro is perfect.

Hi Kathy! Thank you so much for your review of your most recent stay with us. The fact that you've been a repeat guest with us speaks volumes. We are certainly working on improving functionality of the rooms when it comes to work space and outlets, but in the meantime, I have to admit I love doing work in The Study downstairs too. Close to all the downtown amenities and festivities. A short walk to the Pepsi center, Larimer square, and the 16th street mall.
