The location was great - appreciated the ease of walking to venues, stores and restaurants. The valet parking staff did a great job of taking care of our truck and other staff was also very friendly. However, it should be noted that there are no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. Fortunately they did provide ice machines and we had brought a cooler with us.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location. The guy at the front desk, I can’t remember his name now, but he was phenomenal. I came for work and due to my flight being delayed, I didn’t get to stay long and have breakfast, but the room was comfy and the staff made me feel so welcome. Next time I come for fun, I will definitely stay here!

Get ready to shower with cold water and super low water pressure. Location is amazing you can literally walk to the stores, clubs, restaurants, bars, bowling and pretty much anything. Breakfast is good but stay away from the potatoes. They are terrible.

After reading reviews about the A.c we decided to bring our own fan. We had absolutely no issues with the room cooling although we had a room with a thermostat. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Didn't like the cost for valet parking but what can you do. Close enough to walk to anything you need. Overall a good stay. Would stay again

The staff was great and the breakfast was good as well. But the bathroom was way too small and difficult to maneuver no more than one person at a time can get in there or get ready. Room was hot, poor AC. AC was centrally controlled as controls in room didn’t work: it was hot so front desk had to bring us a fan that we ran daily on high.

the ice maker on our floor was broken but the location is excellent I wish the room had had a refrigerator and had been a little larger but the staff was friendly the room was clean and the location was excellent so I'm going to give it five stars
