The kitchen was well stock with supplies and all of the appliances worked well. We used the washer and dryer for one load of clothes and the both worked well. Communication with the owner was good. The condo was small but, comfortable. It was clean, the Wi-Fi, and TVs worked well, the master bed was very good. The bathrooms were large enough and the shower was above average. The place was very clean when we arrived and loved how close the trail was to the condo. There are all kinds of places to eat at that are very close. We truly enjoyed this little apartment. Me, my fiancé and our two teens stayed here 2 nights while we were in town for a concert and it was perfect. Super clean, she knew we had a long drive and coordinated a little earlier checkin and it was just an I really great experience in a nice part of town. Lots of food and shopping close by and still very close to Denver if your main attraction is there like ours was. ##### Ashlee T.
