Nature preserve walking paths just steps away. Bring your kayak to launch from shore. Amenities include two full bathrooms, air conditioning in the two upstairs bedrooms, WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, gas grill, open outdoor shower (semi-see through lattice enclosure). West Dennis Beach is only 3.4 miles away!

We tied out an 8 person float and sunned ourselves all day, took kayaks down the river to the sound. Left all the windows open all week. Awesome breeze. I might have worried if it was during a heat spell though because only the two upstairs bedrooms have AC. I would definitely go again!

Would have loved to use the kayaks to explore the pond - such a tease to see them but not be able to use them :)
