The staff is always friendly. However, each time I stay here, the bed and pillows are uncomfortable.

The corner suite was gorgeous and had a beautiful view of the city and water. I especially enjoyed the rainfall shower. Breakfast was delicious. The staff were all professional and courteous. The spa area was a bit disappointing—I was hoping to schedule a restorative treatment, but after visiting the spa floor, I decided to pass. The atmosphere wasn’t inviting, and the steam room was completely unusable—it smelled like mildew and old socks. I did inform the staff, so hopefully it will be sanitized and resolved for future guests. Everything else was lovely.

"The room was clean and adequate. There was some mixup in the reservations , probably due to my error, but the staff was able to partially resolve it. I did end up paying a little more in the end. The breakfast was dreary. Weak coffee and synthetic creamers don’t cut it in the NW. I’d skip the breakfast ..."
