« We had a great stay! There were 10 of us including 5 teenagers, and everyone had plenty of space. All 4 full bathrooms had double sinks which made things easier. The kitchen is great for large group games and meals! The heated pool was well worth the additional charge as the evenings were cool and we were able to swim comfortably! Would stay again if we were back in the area! »

« This is an absolutely beautiful home in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. Beds are super comfy. the house is spacious with a good supply of towels and blankets and amenities. I will definitely stay again. The owner Jen was very accessible and responded quickly to any inquiries. she provided good tips and information too about the area and activities to do. « The casita was very clean and well-supplied, including coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and the location is also very nice and quiet, which was great for sleeping. There are a few hummingbird and other bird feeders in the backyard, so there is a lot of bird activity. Couple this with the sound of the fountain, and it makes sitting outdoors very relaxing. We also got a chance to meet Nancy (the host), who is very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to...

« Most everything was as expected and advertised. We did have trouble getting one of the TV's to work and locate the channels. The 0wners came over to help but it was still too difficult to figure out with the 4 different controllers and the unusually TV service as well as the older TV. Also later on the upper level stove from was coming off and had to duct tape it back on to keep from falling open. Also the downstairs stove did not work. « Amazing home. Slide to multiple beaches, shopping and restaurants. Spa was amazing. Very pet friendly. Would highly recommend anyone with pets to stay here. Can't wait to come back. »

« Liked the location - closeness to the beach and town - but could use a major upgrade to the many torn/damaged beach chairs and wagons in rough shape (one set of front wheels not attached). Cleanliness not up to standard for this location/price range - floors very dirty (not just from sand) - in need of a major scrubbing - probably need a strong power wash on the upper balcony! Other simple fixes - like a bin for storing beach toys vs just a big pile of them, fix closets/bath drain in lower...

« Great location, easily accessible, clean, and comfortable beds. Walking distance to the beach on mission bay and a few restaurants, markets and coffee shops. The house is well laid out too. Could not get the fireplace on the roof to work, but the one in the living room did. Host should probably provide some drink coasters to protect the tables. »
