This hotel was unsanitary had roaches. Went down to the front desk to complain and ask for a refund. They acted shocked over the roaches but then I find out on on reviews I found later on that they had roach problems before and they said it was cooperatedon’t care and hasn’t done anything about it. We were traveling across country with our bags in the room and we were concerned roaches would get into our luggage. They tried giving us a new room however that room had a used bandaid on the floor and food struck between the beds.

We were so looking forward to this stop along our route 66 trip but were left disappointed.
The outdoor part of the property was closed during our stay and we were not made aware until we arrived that its closed for off season in the week.
We were also woken up by the fire alarm that went off at 6am and startled the kids into upset.
Housekeeping also tried to come in around 11am when werhad extended our check out time upon arrival.

This property is kind of run down. Needs an update. The guests in most rooms around my room were loud, you could smell Marijauna in the hall way coming from rooms. Permeating everywhere. Thus hotel needs help
