"Hotel was great. The room was clean and very roomy. We were on the 8th floor and had a view of the baseball field, it was nice! The pool and splash pad are great for family/ kid fun. The area is great, make sure you wonder about the area and visit the candy shop. Will definitely be going back."

"The room was beautiful, very clean and up-to-date. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. For some reason they maid staff would leave trash in the hallways. That was hard to understand because they would come service the room very nicely each day. It is kind of a rough area where the hotel is located and some rough looking people hanging around, but they did not bother us or say anything at all. The exterior of the hotel is no example at all of how nice the rooms are."

"Amazing place to stay with or with out kids. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again. The only down side is there is only 1 free parking lot to park in. It is also quite a bit aways from the hotel and since its shared with people not staying at the resort it stayed packed. You can pay the parking garage fee or valet if u wanted to."

"The property is in a great location downtown. The hotel is nice but needs to be renovated. The decor looks about 20 years old. We paid 280 per night for the room but it was during the College Softball World Series so we weren’t surprised. I was surprised that the trash would be overflowing into the floor by the elevators , ice machine and all public areas. I left and came back hours later and it was still there. I needed to use the washer/dryer while I was there and they had one available that also looked 20 years old. The handle was even broken off the dryer door. You couldn’t use it. We asked the housekeeper on our 2nd day there for fresh towels and she said she was only allowed to give us two. I told her there were 4 people in the room and it was reserved for 4 people. Still said no, i was told I had to call the front desk if I needed more than two. Overall the hotel was decent but I would expect more out of a hotel if I was paying 280 per night. We did eat breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was fabulous. Great food and excellent staff."

"Although this hotel was old and could use renovations, the staff were exceptional. From Richard in morning breakfast area to the ladies that cleaned our rooms to the host at the desk. All were friendly and very helpful. We will use again."
