"I waited in the lobby for a long time for the person to come out and looked disheveled like she was sleeping or doing something else. The room was a whole other situation. The bed had springs and creaked every slight movement and of course was uncomfortable. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom so I assume it wasn’t cleaned either. I checked in around 9 pm so it wasn’t late but I couldn’t wait to check out"

"We've been on the road for 11 days, seeing the country. We arrived about 5 pm. It was 87 and sunny. The pool (outdoor) was filled but the chairs were stacked. The desk clerk said the pool was closed. We asked if we could just sit out there and get some sun. We had no desire to swim (sign said "No lifeguard" and "Swim at your own risk"). She called the manager and relayed our request. The manager said no. That was it. So we borrowed 2 straight back chairs from the dining room and sat in the parking lot for a half hour, enjoying the sun and the cars. Real classy joint."

"Great location if you are visiting OU. Staff was super nice and helpful. Room was clean and nicely renovated. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch in the restaurant. Menu had some nice options. Would definitely book again."

"Never ever stay here. Disgustingly filthy, dresser drawer handles broken and falling off. Door handle plate dirty dried liquid not wiped. Pink bacteria ring in the bathroom sink. Bathroom counter not clean or wiped down. I wiped it down with a paper napkin and was brown with dirt. Dead bugs in stairwell and walls filthy. Deplorable!!!!!!! Could not stay left in a hurry!"
