« Nice place and great location! Elevators were an issue at times and we woke up to a fight outside our window at 6am. Due to the fight and the area I wouldn't recommend children. Overall we enjoyed the stay! »

« The place was dirty full of dust on artificial plants, ceiling fan, carpet was dirty, broken toilet seat. We booked two nights left after one night. Extremely uncomfortable and noisy beds when rolling over. Wasp in the bedroom landed on the bed. Only positive was the location! Lots of potential. »

« This is an OLD apartment that smelled like old mop bucket water (someone left a can of air freshnser). The walls were dirty, the front door had a half inch gap. The floors had gaps in the bathroom (potential tripping hazard. The stairs to the property are clearly out of code in 2025. I nearly fell several times because my foot (12's) were too long for the short clearance. There is parking, but its very tight... so a large vehicle wont fit.The location was great in regards to access to all of...

« We had a wonderful stay at this property! Arturo, our host, was incredibly helpful and responsive—he made sure we had everything we needed to feel comfortable. We stayed with our two young kids, and the location was perfect for easily getting downtown and visiting all our favorite spots. The beds were very comfortable, and even as a ground-level unit, we were pleasantly surprised by how quiet it was with great sound separation. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Dallas! »
