"The Columbia Gorge Hotel is very special because of the building itself and the spectacular location overlooking the Columbia Gorge. The grounds are amazing - reflective of the northwest esthetic, gardens, trees, and a creek leading to a spectacular waterfall. The building is beautiful, well preserved, honoring the time period from which it originated, but still maintained in good order. Very clean and comfortable in every way."

"This is a beautifully maintained place with an excellent view of the river. The landscaping is lovely and the whole vibe of the place is relaxed. Everything is super clean and the beds are very comfortable. Hood River is very close and there’s lots of fun shopping. Highly recommend!"

"Some of the jets worked, some did not. We've stayed a few times before, and were always very happy. This time when tub did not work properly we were told since we booked through Expedia they were unable to compensate us in any way. Very disappointing."
