Step off balcony onto the beach & pool! Rare Find!! This is not a side view unit, like many others. Don't be fooled! You will not find anything like this in Ormond Beach. This is as direct ocean front as you can get!! Our Non-Smoking 3-bed / 2 bath DIRECT OCEAN-FRONT is a very rare find. It has direct access to the beach and pool right from the balcony. No need to haul all your beach gear down long halls and the elevator. You will also enjoy the ground floor living, without worry of someone below you. You can park, walk through the air-conditioned lobby, and the condo is right there. It is extremely convenient. The in-unit washer and dryer are another great convenience. The condo is very walk-able to public establishments. No need to drive anywhere if you do not want to. Publix is only 1/2 a mile away. Located DIRECTLY on Ormond-By-The-Sea beach, is the Ormondy Condominium. The Ormondy has just completed an extensive Million Dollar renovation that offers Elevators, with secure entry. There is SECURE, underground, private, assigned parking with a remote door opener. Plenty of additional parking is available on the deck above. The Ormondy is a very well-maintained building that offers the following: • Seasonally heated pool. • Very convenient bathrooms at the pool and beach. • A large, fenced in yard directly in front of the balcony. You will appreciate the distance and separation between the bedrooms. Ocean Front Office/3rd Bedroom: Private office with bunk beds and panoramic views of the beach and ocean. If you have to work, why not work while enjoying the view?! A docking station, dual monitors, keyboard and mouse are provided. This Condo is located on the fabulous "No-Drive" beach of Ormond-By-The-Sea. Come see the dolphins play in the calm mornings, the pelicans diving in the evenings, and the famous turtle-hatch right off your balcony May 1st to October 31st. Only an hour +/- away are Disney, all Orlando Theme parks, Kennedy Space Center, St. Augustine, and more. Was there with my daughter and her caddy for a golf tournament and the stay could not have been more smooth or enjoyable. The TV is as large as the one on Jerry World and so easy to use. The beds were the most comfortable I had ever experienced. Walk right to the beach! Front desk staff so friendly and helpful. Right in the center of Ormond Beach near all the great restaurants and golf course. 5 star experience at a fair price! ##### Anya R. Communication was great. Condo was clean and steps away from the pool and beach. Loved being able to hear the waves crash right outside the bedroom window at night. Property was safe, secure, and quiet. Instructions from owner were very clear and condo was well stocked in the kitchen, bathrooms, and entertainment wise. Husband loved the dual monitor and docking station setup to work a few days. The beach was well maintained and the heated pool was great. The condo is on the First floor of the building facing the ocean. Walk right off the balcony down to the pool and beach access. The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook our meals in the large kitchen. I was also pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price for this rental. The beach and pool were just a few short steps away. Don’t over pack! The house is well stocked and has everything you need. It’s super quiet and close to everything in Daytona. Literally just a couple steps off the balcony and you’re on the beach or pool. Place was immaculately clean. Great restaurants around the area, but also a Publix grocery store less than a quarter mile up the road if you like grilling outside on the gas grill by the pool. Bonus room on the top floor was absolutely ideal for viewing all the fireworks in the area. This condo is a beautifully decorated home and includes lots of amenities. In my opinion, this unit is the best possible location in this building because of its location on the first floor. This gives guests easy access to the beach and pool areas. Eric is great at communicating check in instructions. The condo was just as photographed. Clean, comfortable beds, games, & clear tvs for movie warching. The atmosphere was quiet, with beautiful sunrises every day and just steps away from the pool and beach. This unit was easily accessible and adequately stocked with everything needed to enjoy cooking or grilling by the pool.
