"Other guest was trying to get back in her room in the middle of the night and was banging kicking the door for over an hr and half. Staff came to assist but couldn't stop the guest from her from pounding. She was intoxicated daughter wasn't opening door. It was a mess and kept us up for 2 hours. The glider below window was moldy. Breakfast was subpar and coffee was cold/ dispute arriving right at open. Staff was not bothered by the mention. "

"The price was about half of what other places charge, which initially seemed like a great deal. However, the room — especially the bathroom — had a strong musty odor, and the floor did not appear very clean. The bed was also quite uncomfortable. The most unpleasant part of the stay was the noise late at night. People who appeared to be living there were being very loud, shouting and smoking marijuana right outside the door. This made it difficult to rest and significantly affected the overall experience."

"This was a large and beautiful property in easy walking distance of downtown Davis and the farmers market. Perfect for two families with kids. We enjoyed cooking dinner in the spacious kitchen and the beds were very comfortable. Our host Darish was very responsive and easy to communicate with. "
