Location was safe and convenient! We loved being just a 4 minute walk from the Hampstead Theater and Swiss Cottage station. The room and communal bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

We should’ve had a deluxe king room Instead it had two singles pushed together!!! Didn had time to speak to reception as we were arriving then having to leave to get into London Otherwise good hotel
