Dartmouth Vacation Packages

We came here on our anniversary and could not have picked a better place. The boutique-yet-full-service hotel is elegant and beautiful, with great taste everywhere and amazing ocean views. The heated (perfect temperature) pool and jacuzzi were a perfect spot to take a break at any time in the day, with relaxing and happy lounge music. Most importantly, the staff is highly well trained, educated, and devoted to service with a smile without the attitude sometimes found in premium hotels sometimes. Mattia (spelling?), Duna, Julian were amazing. Coffee in the room a great plus! Short walk from the ferry (3 minutes!) and in the center of the action makes this hard to beat. I would only add more obvious breakfast choices (most guests just go out to great options short walks away) to make this even more perfect. We will certainly be back.

Nice older hotel, but homeless are right outside the door. The front staff at the desk were 2 men who had absolutely no customer service skills. I asked about parking and he said, "I don't own a car, so I don't know." The hotel was clean and the beds and everything were nice. We did buy breakfast in the hotel and the staff in the restaurant connected to the hotel were exceptional! It's right downtown and the location to walk to places was great, you just have to literally dodge and walk around/through the homeless camped right outside the door.

My stay at the Wayfinder Hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Kevin and Christine at the front desk were outstanding—friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their exceptional customer service made me feel right at home. A special shoutout to Eddy, the shuttle driver and tour guide. He truly made the experience unforgettable! His knowledge of the area, great personality, and genuine care for guests made every ride enjoyable. He went above and beyond to make venturing out around Newport fun, easy, and stress-free. Wayfinder is fortunate to have him on their team—he deserves a raise! Employees like Eddy are the reason guests want to come back. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and full of character. Thank you to the entire Wayfinder team for making my trip so memorable. I can’t wait to visit again!
