Rooms were good. But bathroom is not. Not much space to keep your toiletries. Shower stall was small. The front desk said they are planning to renovate. Staff was very nice.

Hotel is no-frills. Expect a comfortable bed but not much service or customer experience beyond bare minimum. We were saddened and frustrated that two minor requests: bottle opener for wine and a fan were met with a “no” upon request. We understand if nothing is truly available, however, staff felt quick to deny a request and not look to support anything further. I think if you come into this hotel with the right mindset you’d be fine. However, we previously stayed in higher end hotels and that made this customer experience very lack luster and left a poor impression. Would try another hotel next time around.

The service was so seamless and thoughtful it felt almost intuitive. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and beautifully designed. You could tell this was new construction—everything felt pristine, elegant, and considered. Even the turn-down service was impeccable. And yes, the scent piped into the common areas? Spot on. Luxurious without being overbearing. The location is unbeatable—right in Como, yet peaceful. But the real surprise? The restaurant. We’ve traveled the world and dined at some of the most acclaimed places, but this may have been the best meal we’ve ever had. Bold flavors, inventive dishes, perfect execution. This is not just a hotel—it’s an experience. One that leaves you wanting to return the moment you leave. 10 out of 10. Easily.

I truly enjoyed my stay - from staff to amenities . I want to come back! Please note that it is a small town so finding lots of restaurants open late will be hard and using Uber to go to the airport (or anywhere) will be nearly impossible. Ask front desk for planning and assistance with this.
