« The bungalow is nicely appointed. It is clean and offered us what we needed. The fact it sits right on Route 12, please note if you’re a light sleeper the traffic may be a nuisance. Take earplugs. It is nicely located for so many places to eat, state parks, lighthouses, and more. »

« Hey everyone, we had a fantastic time in Salvo. I’m not here to compare real estate, but the house, although a bit dated and in need of a few minor fixes, was overall fantastic. The kitchen was well-equipped, the rooms were clean, and the hot tub was great. It was conveniently located between a couple of beach access points, making it an excellent value for the price. No complaints at all. I highly recommend checking this place out.Additionally, I spoke with the caretaker about the older reviews...

« Beautiful canal front cottage in quiet area equipped with everything you could need to enjoy time on the waterfront! Family friendly/lots of relaxing areas outdoors & extremely clean! We loved ending our 2 week OBX stay here. Everyone is so friendly! Owner provided excellent info of home, for area restaurants & activities. Definitely will be back! »
