"Excellent afternoon sunsets, we were a team of fishermen that took advantage of the upper deck, especially in the afternoon/evenings, and sunset views, a nice breeze from the sound rounded out the day after dinner. The only downside was the microwave went out during our stay, but when I contacted the house attendant about it, she had a new counter top one delivered by that afternoon, thanks Betty."

Lots of different options for cookware and dinnerware. The house even has plasticware for the kiddos to use. The pool was perfect to relax and enjoy the sunshine."

"Chuck was amazing! Prompt to answer any and all questions. The place was an amazing location and the Dairy Queen accessibility was a crowd pleaser. Soo many amenities it’s worth a second visit just enjoy everything the place is stocked with. The fenced in downstairs is also incredible for small kids and dogs."

"This is the second year we rented one of the Seas the Breeze properties. My family and friends rented both houses this year and we had an amazing time. The house is so spacious, and the views are awesome from all the rooms. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the deck every evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. Even did some night fishing from the pier. The blanket of stars above was so relaxing. The location is perfect. It's close to stores, restaurants, and the beach. There's so much to do! This vacation will be remembered by all for a lifetime!"

"We really enjoyed our stay in Avon at the treehouse! You can see the ocean from the top deck, and its a very short walk. The house was stocked with all we needed. The get directions link takes you to the wrong address. The correct address is listed as a copy paste which was a little confusing at first, but we found it! Overall a very nice stay."
