We saw mixed reviews and glad to say room 301 was excellent, very clean and exactly as advertised. The location of the hotel was superb, quiet street but just a few minutes walk to the centre of town and tourist area for cafe, bars and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly. The only negative is the description, which says the hotel has a restaurant, bar and cafe. In fact the hotel has no facilities at all. So as an excellent room and location, highly recommended but don’t get confused over the listing.

My wife and I were absolutely thrilled by our stay here. We planned a simple weekend trip, but after visiting Split and stay at the hotel we want to return for a longer stay! The welcoming staff, breakfast, pool, and overall vibe simply can’t be beat.
