I think the only thing that wasn't 100% perfect was the beds are a little small they were stiff and the pillows were also very small and serviceable. I would still definitely stay there again 100% and would recommend it to everyone!" It is always my first choice when staying in Madison. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable. The location is so convenient. The room and common areas are kept very clean. The only reason I took away one star for cleanliness is the guest laundry room. Laundry access is a huge selling feature for me on this hotel (laundry is so important to me for longer hotel stays) but during my recent stay I noticed that the washing machines smelled funky, like the rubber seal around the door needs to be bleached more frequently. Otherwise, no notes. Looking forward to staying here the next time I'm in Madison."
