Great service overall! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service was especially amazing and made getting around stress-free. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay here again.

Safe were super friendly and hotel was very clean.

Everything is as presented in the photos and description. No surprises is exactly what you want as a traveler.

Clean and spacious room. Staff helped with my direction inquiries so pleasantly as I was new in Madison. Having cold drink jn the main area was a blessing on a 103 degree day of walking outdoors. Will certainly book with this chain again

Great location Lovely heritage building Helpful staff

Great location and quiet. Easy access to all there is to offer in downtown Madison. Would stay here again.

Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast had a good variety - something for everyone

Extremely friendly place and staff. Keep up the great work.

The room was a little on the small side but the amenities, especially the gym, was fantastic. I would stay here again.

We stayed for 1 night as we were passing through on our way home from our road trip to see family. Our experience at this hotel was exceptional! From check in, to our room which had a very comfortable bed, the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast that included a variety of hot and cold items. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area! We highly recommend this hotel to others!
