« We had a two night stay reserved. When we arrived the elevator was out of service. We were moved to a room on the first floor but it was not the same type of room we requested. I have a disability that would have prevented us from using the stairs to carry our luggage and would of had to cancel but we accomadated the hotel to take sleeping arrangements we did not like or purchase. The room was dirty. The shower would not drain leaving us standing in filthy, black water while we showered.
