« We love staying here, however once again the kids in 251 were screaming and running the halls, so loud it woke us up twice, I eventually went in the hall and told them to shut up. Then AGAIN the damn housekeeping tried walking in our room. It was 9:30 and check out is 11. I am about sick of that happening »

« Place was okay, not as nice as the photos. Room was fine, I did find random hairs on the bed and in the bathroom from the previous person staying there which was a little gross. The women who checked me in was very sweet. I got to the breakfast right at 7am the eggs were gone and the gravy was cold. »

« I would rate this hotel a 3 out of 5 stars. It was an affordable option, but unfortunately housekeeping did not seem to keep up with the property. The cleaning appeared very basic, and the building is clearly showing signs of wear and tear over time. We stayed for a week and barely saw any other guests during our stay. I was disappointed to notice dirt and dust building up around the headboards, chairs, and bench seating in our room. There were also small spots of mold visible on the ceiling,...

« I was warmly greeted at check-in and found the lobby to be well maintained. The room was well appointed and clean…as was the bathroom. The breakfast offered an array of choices that were fresh and appealing. Check out was easy. »

« The warm welcome set the tone for my stay. Jeff, at the front desk, suggested a very good restaurant since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The hotel layout and decor was colorful and inviting. The room was great, with whimsical touches with functional decor and bright colors. The house staff was professional and friendly too. When traveling in the future, I’ll be sure to look for a Tru hotel. »

« This is our favorite hotel. The staff are wonderful, the hotel is spotless, the beds and rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast is a very good assortment of hot and cold items. This is the location we judge all other U.S. hotels by. »

« The staff was friendly and the hotel quiet and clean. It didn't have an elevator however, which caught me off guard. I don't need a handicap room, but my knees do not like stairs. Only negative comment/caution. »
