A number of things are not transparent.
1) yes pets allowed but they cannot stay in trailer unaccompanied.
2) riverview trailers are on the side of the foot path that abuts a retaining wall for a road. The window view from the bedroom is a retaining wall. To see the river, you are looking across the walking path and through the sitting area of those who have the “vista” view. Pay the extra $ for the river experience and less traffic noise.
3) address is incorrect. It is 125 Amberglow . We never saw the Autocamp sign from the direction we drive in from.
4) maybe this is obvious to others, but we did not realize we would be parking quite a distance from our trailer. There are little carts to haul your things, but it is quite a distance.
Having said all this, the staff could not have been more helpful in making our stay what we desired.

Great location for downtown shopping & restaurants. Our room was beautiful (top floor of Rosalind Building). Yes, there are a lot of stairs so book a different floor if that’s an issue for you. Staff was very accommodating and there is plenty of room in the lobby of Rosalind to spread out if you want to hang out downstairs. Nearby restaurants - best meal was at Ukaiah. Most disappointing was Chestnut (terrible service - food was okay.)
