I was nervous to be the first to stay here but the price seemed very fair and the location to waterfalls and downtown Hendersonville seemed to be a great match. The house was new, and everything worked as it should, it was extremely clean and plenty of space to keep our things. There were several stores nearby for anything we forgot or wanted. I am not sure if the same...

"The house had no internet connection our whole stay which didn’t allow us to watch tv! The code to the house wasn’t emailed ! I had to call and ask for it to be emailed !"

"We have stayed at Appel Valley Villas a couple times now. Even though the space is small, there’s everything you need. We did notice that the comforter needed to be washed and there were extra pillows but no pillow cases, otherwise no real issues. We will be coming back to visit soon."
