The studio apartment is in a newly renovated historic building with modern conveniences and special touches. Hendersonville’s award winning Main Street, accentuated with elegant landscaping, sidewalk cafes, and street festivals, is one of the finest pedestrian environments in the Southeast. Off-street parking provided. The space The newly renovated studio features a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, large windows, desk, dining table, and a queen bed with 100% cotton sheets, cozy bedding, and cable television. Guests of the studio have shared access to a kitchenette in the foyer with coffee maker and coffee, tea pot and tea, sink, and mini fridge. The studio shares a second floor with the offices of one of Western North Carolina's best known architect-builders: Ken Gaylord Architects and Black Hawk Construction. We welcome all guests including personal and business travelers who are interested in researching our area for potential relocation here. Guest access The apartment is located up 25 steps to the second floor; guests must be comfortable climbing stairs. It shares the floor with two offices and a loft apartment. This apartment has its own keyed entrance. Our 109-year-old building was one of the first of its kind to be constructed on Main Street in 1913\. Its brick facade and distinguished arched windows rise above South Main Street and fall in the shadow of Hendersonville's original golden-domed 1905 courthouse. We spent the day hiking Glassy Mtn @ Sandburg National Park & had Huba Huba bbq by the Wrinkled Egg. Visited Kellogg center. The directions for parking & check in were clear and detailed so no issues whatsoever. The studio had everything one needs for a night. Brandy's is just downstairs & an excellent local bar for cocktails. We weren’t very hungry so had a taco from nearby Tipsy Taco. Plenty of fine dining options as well. Coffee shop is across the street for your morning brew. Check out is 10am & also when shops open, so after knocking around some we drove to Jump Off Rock for an amazing look out & short hikes.
