"This is a good choice for travelers with pets but this Hampton Inn lacks ANY pet free rooms. You can tell when you walk the hallways that this is a pet friendly hotel. It isn’t dirty — definitely cleaner than some hotels out there. But we could tell that animals had stayed in our room. "

"In the reviews that I read and the information posted by the hotel, they claimed to have the best breakfast. There was no one attending the area. They were out of about half of the items. There was no decaf coffee and then they ran out of regular. The only person available was at the front desk. He told us there was coffee in our room. There was. Shower our coffee unit did not work as it would not turn on! The sugar-free syrup was empty an hour before the end of breakfast and never refilled, for this and the other empty items, I have no idea if there ever was something in them or if they ran out. Overall, breakfast was a bust. The room and hotel were clean. It had rained and they laid a couple of white towels down on the floor to walk on. They were a wet muddy mess! "

"Check-in went really good. Butbwhen we got to the room. It was nasty towls had stains on them same with the bedding. "

"It was very unique! The history of the building was so cool to see! The coffee shop below was a great addition and we enjoyed the food and the drinks. Would stay here again!"

"No heat had to get help. Room should have been warm upon arrival especially with below zero temperatures. Common sense tells u that. "
